Hydrogen - Fueled Automobiles

This film reports on a test car, modified at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, which operated with greater amounts of air, thereby reducing the engine's combustion temperature and increasing fuel efficiency. The latest version of the hydrogen car stored hydrogen in bottles in the trunk from where it was fed by lines to the engine; a generator located in the engine compartment produced the hydrogen required, directly from the car's gasoline.
